
Raised in rural Eastern Ontario between the St. Lawrence and Ottawa River valleys, Ross has always had an appreciation of where food came from, and has tailored his cuisine with this understanding in mind. Chef Ross has been a part of bringing food from farm to plate, long before this became a buzz phrase in the last few years. He has an incredible knowledge of beef, and understands the nurturing of it on the hoof, and at the hand of a great butcher. He has developed his own world-class standards for aging our homegrown Island beef to perfection, and is dedicated to bringing you “Atlantic Canada’s Premier Steakhouse Experience”.
Chef Ross' career has taken him around the world, and he always sought out grassroots food wherever he landed. Now a permanent fixture here in PEI, Chef Ross brings with him a wealth of knowledge, along with his love and ability to meld flavours with his cuisine.
